"
well, my first name is destinee, pronounced dest-eh-nee, but i go by destry, des-tree, my middle name is athena, ah-thee-na, sometimes i by that too, i get my first name from my great grandmother, destinee mayrelle eithe, and my middle from the greek goddess athena, for my father predicted i'd be wise, and very much a peace maker, plus that my mum always said,"any child of mine will be wonderful in crafts." and i am. as of right now, i'm fifteen years old, but on january ninth i'll be sixteen, yay for me! i have a twin brother, his name is jasper hyperion mayson, he's more like my dad's side, dark hair and light eyes, i got light hair and light eyes.
i also have an older brother, he's a senior, and his name is jameson mathias mayson, he has dark hair and light eyes. my fathers name is alphonse adonis mayson, he's a greek mythologist, and my moms name was raychelle scorpia mayson nee eithe, she was an astronomer, but died of cancer when jasper and i were three, father and jameson say i'm a carbon copy of her, i really dont see it, i look more like grandma rayne than anyone else. the only other close relative i have is grandpa mathias, from my moms side, he lost his first child, my aunt mayelle, to cancer too, and she was my moms twin. other than family, i have a kitten named buttons, and a full grown cat named mr.fluffers.
after my mother had me and jasper, the cancer slowly began to kill her off, i was never told what cancer it was, jasper thinks it was either brain or blood, i think it may have been liver, but we still dont know, but by our third birthday she was already gone, i'm kind of happy we were to young to remember her, but jameson had memories of her, and my dad is constantly reminded of her through me, it kind of makes me feel bad, especially when he slips up and calls me ray, her nickname. we origianlly lived in jackson, mississippi, but moved to miami, florida when we were around six, there dad took up a job as a greek mythology teacher at a local college. we lived there for about six years.
when i was thirteen, he took up a job in south carlina, greenville to be exact, he became a teacher at the local highschool, and we've been here ever sense, now jasper and i are sophomore's, our sixteenth approaching, and jameson in his senior year.
not a lot of people really know this, but i am a daddy's girl, i'm closer to my dad than jameson or jasper are. as a lot of my friends have described me, i'm really sweet and intelligant, i dont have a mean bone in myh body, but i can be arrogant at certain points in time. i really don't like fighting, when my friends start to fight, i try my hardest to make them stop. i love to make friends, and making enemies isn't my goal in life, there's one thing i believe in though; if your gonna hate me, hate me for something legit, not because i'm nice or smiling, something like i did something to spite you.
the only really big thing about me is the small anger issue i have, you mention something about me and i'm all over you like an ant with sugar, i'm practically chewing your head off. other than that, i'm scared to death of thunderstorms, i love regular rainstorms, but when it's starts thundering and lightning flashes, i'm scared out of my wits! i'm also not much of a horror or gore fan, i will watch it, but i won't like it, ya know?

Sakura hadn't really known it was going to rain that morning, her mother had told her to bring an umbrella just in case, and so she did. All through the day she watched the clouds roll in, and once school let out, she decided to go for a walk before heading home, so she decided stopping by the beach would be nice, and if the rain wasn't too bad, maybe going swimming, it was fun to swim in the rain. After stopping by her locker, and her locker in the girls locker room, she had put her bag up, put her bathing suit on under her uniform, and grabbed her umbrella, and was leaving school.
She didn't really pay attention most of the time during her walk, she was on autopilot, staring up at the sky, or at people, people watching was incredibly fun, so was reading their emotions, some people were like open books, others were like diary's, locked with the key thrown away. Those were the ones that frustrated her the most, it was like they wanted everyone to know they were egotistic and more into themselves, she hated those types if people, they were horrible.
One it started to rain, half way to her destination, she opened the plain black umbrella, she really didn't want a pink one, nor any other one, so she had just chosen a black one when she had gotten it, she really didn't like the color pink, it annoyed her, growing up with her hair color was pure hell too, maybe that's why her emotions and attitude was so screwed up? Maybe that was why she upset people easily, or why people hated her so much, she'd never know. She just wished she could be sane for once, not all mixed up and tired of life.
With her destination is site, she spotted a figure, the rain beating down on them, and approached, and was close enough to hear them say,"I wonder if the rain'll stop before school tomorrow." Clearly it wasn't to someone, no one but her was around, and he couldn't have heard her approach just yet. Stepping up behind him, she softly said,"You do know, talking to yourself is a sign of insanity, and if you stand in the rain too long, you could get the cold or a flu." Then, happy the umbrella was big, placed it over the strangers head, so what if she didn't know him? It was common courtesy.
