Kolbi Leigh Andrews is a pretty down to earth, fun loving person. She's currently fifteen and a freshman in high school, though she's already certain that she wants out of the place. She’s the kind of girl who will crack a random joke just to see someone smile. She’s also the girl who would drag you out for a night on the town if she knew you were down. She likes to cheer people up in her own weird ways. Whether that’s a night out on the town or a night sitting in doors coloring. She’s different in just about every aspect of the word. She doesn’t work on a normal schedule and routines are boring to her. She very rarely gets down in the dumps and that usually only because she feels lonely. She’s not the type of girl to throw herself into a relationship or sex just to feel close to someone. Honestly, she’s the type where gender doesn’t matter when it comes to feelings, as long as the emotion is there. Kolbi has a very determined mind set and there’s not much that would throw her off from the goals she wants to achieve. Most of her time is spent pleasing others though and rarely does she take the time to please herself.
Her life was pretty normal while she was growing up. She had wonderful parents that spent their time spoiling her like crazy. When she was young she wanted to have a sibling, but here parents weren’t able to have another child and she eventually grew to understand that. Her father was a teacher so he went where ever there was a job and her mother was a baker, so where ever they settled she would sell cakes out of their house.
They moved around a lot though and when she was thirteen they finally decided to settled down here. Kolbi never really understood the appeal of the place though. She went throug jr high like any other kid, expect in her seventh grade year, her parents died. It was a car wreck just like anything else. Lucky for her, she at least had family that lived in in the town, in a house which honestly wasn't all that far from where she lived, so she moved in with her aunt. Life went on like normal for her though she was a bit scarred from the accident. Kolbi never shows though and only those who grew up with her and were close to her in jr high even know about what happened.

Spencer stared at her boots. Why the fuck had she put this on today of all days? She had on leggings, combat boots, a plaid skirt, and a white button up shirt with a vest over it. Yeah just the perfect attire for something like this. It had happened quickly and she had barely had time to grab her keys, not that it had mattered in the end. She had beat it out of there as quick as she could and she hadn’t really had a clue where she was going. Now she knew that Swelden had been the first place to really go, just her luck. She finally found a place to settle down to some degree and it gets taken on by fucking zombies. Zombies!? That’s what they were calling them on the radio anyway. But that was a bunch of bullshit. Zombie bullshit. She didn’t believe in those things but she had made it this far.
One of those bitches had tried to take a bite out of her. She’d never punched someone until that moment. And then she had run like crazy. And she was pretty sure that the only reason she ended up where she did was because of the movies she saw. George A. Romero had something right at least. She had made it to the mall and here she was. She had picked up a baseball bat and was now sitting on top a table in the middle of the food court, watching the main doors. If someone else, other than the people who were already here, managed to make it she was going to be extremely proud of them. She made it before things got really bad and she was grateful for that. It had damn near killed her because all of the smoking she did but damn it she had made it.
Spence drummed her fingers against the metal on the bat, her nails making a clinking sound as they connected. She had thought several times about going to pick up a gun so she could at least do target practice from the roof, but that seemed out of the question for the time being. She had helped barricade the front of the mall at least so now she was just waiting. Waiting for what though? The zombies to break in and devour her….or for more people to come around and try to get things figured out. It would only be a matter of time before the zombies figured out the back door. But for now…waiting was all Spencer knew how to do.
